Why Not Opt For Variety Loaded With Beauty

The video games that have been created till now are rocking this world all over. Trying to list all of the different types of video games would surely take too long as there are more created every day. There are games available for the kids, for teenagers and for adults. Everyone can find a game based on their age as well as their interests or even skill.

As stated before, there are too many types of games to list them all, but we will list just a few, such as racing games, fighting games, creative games, mind games and many more. The games that we can name in the fighting or war games section are Unreal Tournament 2004, Doom, Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Civilization, Rise of Nations, Madden 2004, Dead or Alive 3, Final Fantasy XII etc.

Most of these games have 3D characters where the images look life-like and give the player utmost satisfaction while playing and fighting with their competitors. Some of these games have celebrated long years of success and are therefore very popular with their next series as well.

In the segment of the racing games we can name Project Gotham Racing II, Bill Eliots NASCAR Challenge, Action Super Cross, Auto Bahn, 1nsane, Rally Cross, Slicks N Slide, Death Rally, etc. These are just a few names and there is a long list which can be downloaded very easily from the internet. Certain other games like football, cricket, baseball, basketball, volleyball etc. are also very popular.

Among the kids, certain types of computer games are most popular. These are basically shooting games. In these types of games, the player will have to aim and shoot at the target which can be a bird, a duck, a fallen leaf, an animal etc. A click on the target can kill it very easily and in certain games there is a gun through which the child can improve his shooting capabilities.

Another type of video game that can be played without loading in the computer is the mobile game. These can be played anywhere by anyone and therefore are very popular too. This huge variety of computer games is sold at various price ranges - some of which can be very costly.

Playstation games are the top ranking games till now, and there are always new versions coming out throughout the year. Most of these games are popular with kids as well as young adults. These games are not exactly cheap, but it is very clear that the demand for them will never decrease.

Is Nintendo Intentionally Limiting Production Of Wii?

Well, as we all know, the Nintendo Wii was released more than a year ago and trying to find the system is still very hard to find in stores. Why is that?

It is said that Nintendo's President and CEO here in the U.S., had held a telephone conference with the press to explain the reasons for the continued shortage of the Wii gaming system.

The CEO said that the reason for the problem is not that they are holding back their production or stockpiling the systems, the reason is that they could not have foreseen the huge demand their product would have created? Nintendo said that they have almost doubled their international production output by roughly 75% and they have increased their workforce by 300% in the U.S. alone!

Unfortunately for many, the Nintendo Wii gaming system is still on backorder in many areas in the country and many of the major retailers are saying that it could June or July before they become available at the their stores again. There are many people who have opted to purchase their Wii gaming systems through online vendors that have them in stock. But, the buyers are having to purchase the systems at a premium. So the Wii sales debate continues.

As anyone with any knowledge of supply and demand will tell you, that if you create a product that is so successful, why is it still hard to acquire even into late of this year? It seems to us that Nintendo is denying any wrong doing as far as stockpiling the product, which we believe is the case, but feel that there may be something else lingering in the very near horizon for the price of this much sought after gaming system.

We feel that part of the problem could be the U.S. currency problem. As some of you might already know, the dollar has been in a steep decline this recent past, which makes the Wii gaming system cheap to buy here in the U.S. in dollars versus other parts of developed countries. So, it would only make sense to send the system to other countries where Nintendo can get more bang for their buck.

So the answer is simple. If you are still searching to buy your Wii gaming system and are waiting for more to be delivered to stores and hoping to pay lower prices. You better think again. I am afraid you will be seeing higher prices before the end of the year if anything. We have already purchased ours at a slight premium and we suggest that you may rethink your position as well.

If you are still in a holding pattern regarding your purchase of the Wii, we recommend that you reconsider. We found a source that offer these hard to get Wii gaming systems at affordable prices. Visit our site to compare and get further info at: http://www.squidoo.com/wiisales

Filmon was killed in a drive-by shooting two days before he left for the University of Illinois in 2003 in what police believe was a case of mistaken identity. The case is still unsolved. (AP Photo/Family Photo)AP - Despite the rise of DNA fingerprinting and other "CSI"-style crime-fighting wizardry, more and more people in this country are getting away with murder. FBI figures reviewed by The Associated Press show that the homicide clearance rate, as detectives call it, dropped from 91 percent in 1963 - the first year records were kept in the manner they are now - to 61 percent in 2007.
